The main aim of these clubs is to motivate people to stay fit by observing proper diet plans and to exercise regularly to lose the extra calories. They usually give points to each food item and the total number of points you are allowed for a day depends on your weight and other factors. So people become conscious of what they are consuming and pick up the right type of food to keep their weight well within the safe boundary weight watchers.
