There has also been a significant change in the way the Concierge industry is being operated today. Most of the Concierge found in the hotels are not employees of the hotel. In fact the Concierge services are outsourced by the hotel companies for their benefit. The hotel companies find it cheap to hire the services of Concierge from an outsourcing agency rather than spending time and money for Concierge and putting them on the rolls of the company. It make economic sense for most of the hotel companies to hire the services of the Concierge from outsourcing companies. The personal Concierge services has also gone virtual. And It should be noted however for all the hotel companies that by outsourcing of the Concierge business they cannot get the same personalized touch and personallsed services which come only if the Concierge are employed by the company. The outsourced agencies will do the work mechanically and you cannot expect personalized services from these companies. Hence though it has some advantages it is not always the best option for the hotel companies. A Concierge Directory is a directory which lists out the different services offered by the Concierge under the different industrial classification.
